When you check out after using the shopping cart on the website and before you pay, you can choose how you would like your order shipped.
ORDERING FROM THE 18TH TO THE 21ST IT IS BEST TO PICK PRIORITY OR EXPRESS  MAIL WHEN YOU ORDER IF YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS.

Deadlines for shipping to US addresses:

1) USPS First Class Mail    December 20th
(generally 2-7 days shipping time)

2) USPS Priority Mail   December 21st
(generally 2-3 days shipping time)

3) USPS Express Mail   December 22nd
(1-2 days shipping time)

Shipping FAQ's

We generally ship orders the business day after payment  are received. If we are really backed up it may take a day or two longer.

How long will it take for me to get my order?

In the United States First Class Mail is 1-7 days depending generally on how far away you are from us. (We mail from Seattle on the West Coast)
Priority Mail is generally 2-3 days service. possibly a little longer as Christmas approaches.
Express Mail is 1-2 days service.

For orders outside of the United States delivery times vary widely. As a general rule they are:

First Class Mail International is 1-3 weeks depending on destination and other factors
Priority Mail International is 6-10 business days
Global Express Mail 3-5 business days.

Note: Based on customer feedback orders being sent to Canada seem to be taking longer than usual.

How Much is shipping?

Shipping Options for delivery in the United States:

1) First Class Mail with delivery confirmation Cost varies from as little as $1.75 to $3.95 depending on the weight of your order. Generally First Class is only available for 1 or 2 item orders. Larger orders will be upgraded to Priority Mail.
Most customers will receive an email at the email address that they used when ordering with their delivery confirmation number. Exceptions are orders that are not accepted by our shipping system and must be processed manually.

2) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation  Cost is $5.50 for most orders, but can go up to $11 for very large orders.

3) Express Mail. Cost is $18.50 Generally up to 8-10 items can be sent for the same price. Customers will receive an automatic email with the tracking number at the email they used when placing the order.

Shipping Options for Delivery Outside the US.

1)First Class International Cost is $6.25 and up. (Canada and Mexico rates start at $3.50) Generally only available for small orders. Larger Orders default to Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope. No tracking is available for First Class International orders.

2) Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope. Cost is $14 (except Canada and Mexico which are $12) Up to 10 items can be sent at this same rate. Customer will receive automatic email notification of the label number of their order at the email address that they used when ordering. (Label number can generally not be used for tracking except in the case of Canada)

3) Global Express Mail. Flat Rate Envelope. Cost $28 (Canada and Mexico are $26) Up to 10 items can be sent at this same rate. Customer will receive automatic email notification with the tracking number for your order which can be tracked online.
